HOMEWARD BOUND
It’s your final day in Sri Lanka, so enjoy one last hopper (or two) for breakfast before making the most of your remaining few hours in GALLE with a stroll around the Fort, a café stop under the shade of a banyan tree, or a last bit of craft shopping in Galle Dutch Hospital. Most hotels in Galle are happy to arrange a late check-out or store your luggage for you if you’re not leaving Sri Lanka until later in the day. From Galle, it’s 150km up the quick Southern Expressway (around two and a half hours) to BANDARANAIKE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT for your return flight home.
